    • Carbon Brews Earth People Craft Lager (4.30% ABV)
Clean & crisp but more in the grain bill than most. We balance this with dry hop to give much more flavor than your mainstream lagers.
    • Hong Kong Love Craft Helles (5.00% ABV)
Traditional German Pale Lager with 100% malt. Tasting characters are light-bodied, refreshing, crispy, malty and high bitterness. This yellow-colored beer is brewed with bottom-fermenting yeast and bitter hops. The highest IBU and lowest ABV among the core products.
    • Hong Kong Yau Pale Ale (4.8% ABV)
Appetising bitterness plays against malts to create a beer that is great for all occasions. Dry hopped with American and New Zealand hop varieties, bringing an aroma reminiscent of citrus and tropical fruit.
    • Double Haven Weekender Pale Ale (4.7% ABV)
This pale ale is for all you weekend warriors! A pilsner malt base, with added oats and wheat, makes for a smooth, pale gold canvas. Citrusy and piney goodness since through from Amarillo, Simcoe, Centennial and Ekuanot hops. Proudly brewed at our Fo Tan brewery in Hong Kong!
    • Gweilo Session IPA (4.8% ABV)
Gweilo Session IPA is perfect for the heat of Hong Kong. It is intensely dry hopped with Mosaic, creating a bold nose of melon, citrus and pine. This is nicely balanced by a malty backbone, delivering an IPA punching well above its weight.
    • Young Master Imperial IPA (8.0% ABV)
The bold 1842 Island coaxes out and showcases every nuance of its outsized malt and hop
bill. It’s potent hop character is balanced with a robust malt backbone.

Crisp, easy drinking IPA. Citrus floral aroma. Caramel, with herbal notes to finish.
    • Black Kite Birds of Prey IPA (5.7% ABV)
A swell of citrus-forward hops packed into a medium-bodied ale. Pours a rich amber colour with a nose of ripe honeydew, bursting with citrus and with hints of pine from a blend of flavours that lingers into a clean finish.
    • Seven Brews Too Easy IPA (5.7% ABV)
Tropical fruit notes and a generous hop aroma. It’s a super balanced IPA with full hop hit but none of that over hoppy lingering after taste. This beer is Too Easy to drink, some people compare it to a piece of art.
    • Heroes Cereusly (5.7% ABV)
Cereusly is gifted with the ability to manipulate nature’s most eccentric sounds with every gulp of beer he drinks. He employs his powers to perfect the sound engineering of post-punk band +50dB with hopes to bring back real music to planet earth. Just like his favorite pair of headphones, this floral and zesty IPA should only be enjoyed with the finest band sound at night.
    • Hong Kong Beer Dragons Back Pale Ale (5.3% ABV)
Medium-bodied style made famous in England for its interplay between the malt character and apparent esters typical of great ales. The judicious addition of American hops during the boil and when dry hopping serves to kick the refreshment and aroma levels up a few notches.

Moonzen’s flagship beer will leave you thunderstruck with its fresh taste and divine bouquet of hoppy tropical fruits.
